I won't worry about it if it's satisfies the requirement. You'll be able to demonstrate your English communication skills through other aspects of your package and your interview as well. Good luck!
According to HBS's website, HBS discourage international applicants with TOFEL score less than 109 to apply. But each year we see instances in China that students get admitted although having TOFEL score under 109. Scores take only one part in the assessment of your application. So not to worry.
