[求助]复议后收到ETS邮件，“Order Receipt Confirmation”什么意思

申请复议快1个月了，还没有结果，前几天收到ETS一份邮件，标题Order Receipt Confirmation，有谁知道是什么意思吗？是不是表示复议完成了，但是分数不变呀？
