than estimated(thought, anticipated)
选项A：which从句修饰regions错
      than was usual不符合习惯表达，错
      colder前少which was，整个逗号后的部分，不知道作什么成分
选项C：which从句修饰regions错
      than usually不符合习惯表达，错
      句子重心偏向
选项D：being错
      than usually错
选项E：having been错，分词的完成形式不能修饰名词
      than was usual错
      and slowed不知道作什么成分
