不过, 在日本念MBA,elective courses的选择会不会比较少呢? (因为我不会日文的说)

no differences. all courses incuding electives are taught in English. please check the webside.

Most of the graduates whether they are Japanese or non-Japanese got a job either in Japan or abroad. Some people got a job at their home country. reference this site.

Since all courses are taught in English, they do not have to worry about Japanese language proficiency during the ICS life. However, if they want to find a job in Japan, Japanese language skill is a must.
