请问大家，这题主要是谈论“非工作”的方面吗？这样的话，Duke的essay里面好像没有什么地方可以谈论工作成就的哦？

Applicants can talk about what kinds of background/value, embodied in or outside of workplace, help enhance the diversity of Fuqua culture.

It's better from non-working activities. Working experience also works. For example, if you work in a multi-national company, you can mention your understanding of cross-cultural communication. However, don't mention something like leadership/marketing skills/ learned from workplace.
