这道题可能已讨论过了,但我搜了半天却没找到,请xdjm帮忙:

key: A. but why there is not a "that" between "thought" and " Native American....".
这是我第二次看到没有 that 的正确选项(第一次没注意在哪,但我会去找)
是不是现在OG已改变一些preference: 主句从句间不需要 that??????

问题出在其它的四个选项问题都太大, 尽管它本身可能在表达上并不是最佳的, 但它是5个里面最好的!

1) D和E不用说了,
2) B用and把句子分开, and前后的部分都不成句了;
3) C 很有迷惑性, 但是最后的and是多余的; 而且用过去完成时和后面的understand一般现在时不配.
