Your master degree in biology doesn't suggest you cannot love literature, poem, other scientific fields, etc. We all are multi-facets persons. Your MS degree suggested that you like knowledge and learning (unfortunately, among many areas that you are good at and want to explore, you have to choose one - science.) Reading book is also a good way to learn new things. Don't tell us you didn't know anything about books you sold. Did you ever enjoy reading book or poems in your high school?
If you can show that in two totally diferent business areas, you consistently stood out your peers. Then you are a flexible, quick-learning, and capable individual. Hopefully, your skills can be used in the future and fit your career goal.
