终于收到duke interview invitation 了。。。。

对于我来说,一切都是通过经验学习来的。对Duke期望甚大，但是回过头来，发现自己的Essays写的还是有点烂.....

11月2日递交申请，11月12日推荐信在线提交完毕，15号收到邮件说“We will contact you by November 30 in the event that we can accomodate your interview request”；19号收到Application Incomplete通知催交official GMAT,22日GMAT Official送达，26日接到通知“completes your application”，30日没有收到Interview Invitation。

将申请过程实录如上，以供后来者借鉴，以求对申请过程逐渐清晰的认识。

等不到Interview Invitation，昨天给Admissions写信：

Dear $$$$$,
 
Have the Fuqua MBA Admissions started to review my application? I checked my status on Fuqua online application and it says only "submitted".
I am aware that some applicants in China have already received interview invitation from Fuqua; I don't get the invitation and Nov 30 already passed. Does my situation mean I am dinged by Duke? Could you give me a straight answer, if possible?
It would be relieving to have a result.

Because reviewing such a high volume of applications is a lengthy process, this is no indication of the quality or completeness of your application.  Last I checked, your application is complete and being evaluated for Round 1.  You will hear from us by January 18.  Please let me know if you have any further questions.

当然，我写信的时候就知道没有straight answer。可是还是得到如下信息：my application is being evaluated......right?
