Overall, the interviewer is quite nice and told me not to wear formal dress in email.

Location: cafe in hotel

Duration: 35 minutes. (much more shorter than I expected)

Questions：

1. do you like your current job?

2. leadership experience at work

3. teamwork style at work

4. two questions about my extracurricular experiences listed on resume

5. what clubs are you interested in at Kellogg?

6. why MBA? why Kellogg?

7. questions for him

Quiet surprised that the interviewer did not ask me details about my career goal and did not challenge my biz model.

Key takeaway: don't hesitate to talk about details to make your stories more vivid and interesting.
