   1.在录取审材料的时候, 数学背景真的很重要吗,还说只是稍微看一下.(或是说完全不看)

   2. 是否更青睐本科,硕士都是会计的学生.还是说MBA根有优势.或是说无所谓.

in my belief, it is definitely a 'yes' for 1, math is important.

for 2, i think if your MBA is specialised in accounting, not majored in accounting in undergra is not a big deal. If not so, it's really rare you can get a PhD offer with totally blank accounting background

数学很重要，不光申请的时候看，学习中大部分都是数学。

本科硕士不重要，关键是要么有好的研究经验，要么有足够的证据让人相信你有好的研究潜力

Yes, exactly. I found more students here have master degrees as well. Though I don't have one, but it's absolutely an advantage if you do have a master degree.

One more remark, it seems to me that master instead of MBA could be more useful in proving your math background, which obviously has become one of the dominating considerations that admission committee would have.

As for what major of master or bachelor degree, it would definitely be better it's accounting related, such as finance, economics.

for top schools, math/econ are important;

for lower tier schools, an accounting backgroud is a plus while math/econ is not necessary.
