[求助]Transcripts 和reference 寄送疑惑

多大要求以如下方式寄送Transcripts 和reference，是两种方式都需要吗？哎~已经毕业一年了，找个人寄成绩出来已经不容易了，还要人家寄那么多地址怎么搞啊？

1.     Have your institution(s) return one copy of your official transcript and if required, other documents as stated above, and the Transcript Request Form to you in a sealed envelope bearing the official University seal(s) across the sealed flap .You can then submit these transcript(s) with the rest of your application materials. These envelopes must be sent unopened or they will not be considered official.

         2.The issuing institution(s) can mail one copy of your official transcript and if required, other documents as stated above bearing the official University seal and the Transcript Request Form directly to the MMPA Program office.
