在一个典型的业务会议上,业务员们聚集一起,讨论(业务)政策或者解决(业务中的)问题. 一般的与会者(就是前面提到的ASSOCIATES)并不做很多很具体的准备工作, (因为)他们的经历和思维就可以(给讨论)做贡献(就是可以提供一些有用的咚咚).  但是如果所有与会者能事先知道会议的目的是最理想的, (因为这样的话), (与会者)就可以做一些准备工作, 并且把一些和某些话题有关的资料和数据带到会议上去(以备用).
