7. 副词，介词作状语修饰动词的时候，是只能用  动词+adv /介词短语的结构吗？

重心应为 capital  和    case-by-case adjudication
尤其第二个句子中，如果 a century 是主语，则解释不通。
窃以为这种结构，应以上下文的意思来判断。还请牛人给予指导。

2 不知为何你的题目中是episode单数，这里episode是复数，从句修饰 relation。
即使是episode单数，从句义理解也应是relation， alliances and tratises 应该和nations 有关。
谁能讲讲 relation of ...with的用法？

1,IN huge sums of captical AND century of case-by-case jurisdiction, subjectives r CAPTICAL and JURISDICTION, respectively. SUM and CENTURY r just describing the quantity. furthermore, you need to look at POSSESION! eg, the bushes of Bush need trimming. Bush owns the bushes, and his bushes need to be trimmed(ha haaa, he has no time to look after his own business), although he also needs trimming.:-)

2、episode 如为复数，答案为 B 就很有可能，因为只有B 中定语从句的指代清晰
到底是 episode 还是 relation 能 illustrate 条约的失误之处  很难判断，都是抽象名词啊！

真难说清楚， relation of n. to n. 很常见， relation of  n. with n. 还真不多，不知 ETS 咋就变态地爱上了它

episode前面有 several 表明应该是复数.同时B强调的是一个国家和另一个国家之间的关系.而E笼统地说是国家们之间的关系.改变句意.
