推荐一个STANFORD的博士项目（组织研究）

STANFORD的商学院太难申了，可以看看他们工学院的一个组织研究博士项目。

据称是美国唯一的一个在工学院的组织研究项目，博士都有奖学金，比较强调FIELD-WORK，PLACEMENT也不错。我觉得尤其适合有工科背景，对组织管理、工业创新、工作关系有兴趣的朋友。进去以后，可以选其他系的组织管理的课程，STANFORD的组织研究可是大牛云集。

需要GRE 。不能用 GMAT代替。

This indeed is a very good program for people with engineering/technology background. However, it is by no means "the only org. studies /management program under engineering school in the U.S." . Quite a few schools also have similar arrangements. For example, MIT's Technology, Policy and Management program, which is under their School of Engineering, also mingles technology/innovation/engineering with organizational and strategy  research. Portland State University's Engnieering & Technology Management program offers solid training in similar realm as well.
