Wharton/Kellogg的career goal的structure

万分紧急，请赐教！

问题如下：

Wharton和Kellogg的题目差不多都是"describe the career progress to date; elaborate career goal; why MBA"

我想问的是essay在结构上是不是一定要先讲past work experience, 再讲career goal，最后再讲why MBA？ 我看了1-2篇范文，感觉都是past work experience写得比较多（哪怕里面有些和career goal没多大关系），career goal都是稍微讲讲，是不是应该这样allocate篇幅和重点呢？

我现在写的基本上沿用了HBS的那篇——“what is your career vision and why is this choice meaningful to you”所以基本上是这样写的：

-- career vision

-- my career vision originated from my long-cherised passion for 。。。（小时候和大学的事）

-- my career vision formed when...(大学的事)

-- my career vision was reinforced and became clearer at xx(工作)

这样的结构可以用在wharton和kellogg上么？

As long as you present what you want to say clearly and convincingly, I won't worried about the exact format of the presentation.

I agree that there is no one format for all... suppose every applicant has the same style, admission reviewers will definitely get bored, right?

As long as you can highlight the key points with clear structure, it will be fine.
