I am not sure about it. But you shall never estimate your score, because there is huge risk that your estimation is different from the real one. Haas regards information discrepancy as dishonest and therefore turn you down for sure. (Haas, last year, called companies to check the employment information for every admit. You can see, Haas really means it.)
I would suggest you to contact T to see if it can provide you score before the deadline. I think as long as you pay some extra fee, you can get your score much earlier. Or you can contact Haas admission office for solution.
You may try to ignor inputing T score to check whether you can finish application. To some extent, you can because even if you hold F1, you may have had your undergraduate in US. Then T is not a must field. The system can not tell who shall put T score. But do remember to send all your scores to school.
