Washington University 和University of Washington 应该不是一个学校吧

从综合实力看，哪个更好点？实在有点迷惑，好象大家经常提到后一个

Washington U is famous in medicine and its phd program in business is very quantitative.

No need to consider overall ranking for phd application.
