For example, some people think that governments shall spend more money on exploring outer space while others insist on putting the money on basic needs. After careful considersation, I will suggest that to spend more money on space research would be a better choice.
Since the answer to how to use the money is difficult to answer, what is undeniable is that the high technology is one of
the primary factors in the competition among the contries in the world. Generally speaking, the research level of exploring outer space can represent the overall science power of one country. So, the government shall spend adequate money on outer space exploration.
In addition, the development of outer space technology will make other technology improve greatly. The technology, as a natural science, has many internal connections each other. Some innovation on the outer space technology may be easily transferred to other technology fields. That is why many developed countries pay great attention to the development of high technology.
