toefl笔考没有提供percentile，但是表格要求要写，怎么处理？

salary pin是什么东东？

GPA算法各校有单独规定吗？默认的算法是什么？

It's in the Columbia online application.

Ohoh, I think it means personal identification number, probably for verification purpose later on. You should check with the school to be sure though.
