大家一般通过何种方式得知国际学术会议的信息？

1. 老板是在editorial board里或是某个session的chair，将信息转达给自己

2. 自己定期关注一些协会如AoM, AMA, ACR等的网站

3. 学院的网站会及时提供一些信息

4. 自己知道某个专门提供国际学术会议的门户网站

没设置成投票帖，毕竟对这些方式进行统计不是讨论的目的，希望各位NN发表些看法，给我们这些以后的申请者有益的帮助

都有可能。个人感觉2，3比较普遍

Don't worry. After you start your academic career, your friends, mostly other PhD students and faculties, will tell you lots of this kind of information. You'll acquire this information in daily conversation and know which conferences are important in your area.

Another good way is becoming a member in the academic association,e.g. AAA in accounting. You will get news letter which contains lots of meeting information periodically.

By the way... ProfCPA, are you going to attend the annual meeting in August?

steve, I am not going to Chicago this year.. I have to take the math camp here at that time. I wish I can go next year
