Hi Euphekira,why not applying for L.L.M which shall only take you one year and less USD? Honestly, it would be extremely hard for a Chinese citizen to apply a JD. Besides LSAT, you have to consider whether you can afford the tuition, whether you can easily find a job after graduation, whether you can endure the stressful working environment in a law firm, esp working in big firms.

According to my own experience, it is definitely not easy working for a law firm, esp you start from the very beginning.

Why don't you take a few days off to clear off your mind and start cracking TOEFL. To prepare TOEFL or any standard tests for that matter, study previous real tests. For LSAT, you can find them on the internet. LSAT has nothing to do with substantive law and regulation, accurate and timed reading is of paramount importance. Also, from what you have written, I feel you should improve your writing as well. But take your time and don't rush.

Quite agree with Jimoney.Euphekira, you should be aware of what you are striving for. Being a lawyer is simply not something that would bring you much fun. Most of the time, you have to handle stress and challenge. Good luck!

I'm preety much agree with those above. I'm also in tight schedule and get few time to prepare for the LSAT.English skill could be improved after daily practice. Let's cracking down the LSAT! Godd luck!

Thank you for all your advice given to me. I am trying to improve my English now both for LSAT and TOFEL. Clearly understanding the difficulties and obstacles I am faced, I know I have to be realistic, sophisticated and industious. Now still I cannot say I have regained confidence, but if I do not try, I am sure that luck definitely will not coming to me.
