参加on-campus exploration program对申请有帮助吗?

计划参加一些学校的MBA on-campus exploration program, 由于费用与时间的问题,正在考虑这种visit是否对申请有帮助,另参加前需要什么方面的准备?(是否需要准备好自己的申请资料)

如果只是一般的campus visit，没有interview的话，对你的帮助主要是让你了解学校多一些，有些学校会在申请里面问你是否有campus visit，如果那样的话，最好去一次。不需要准备申请材料的。可以事先联系一下在学的学生，到时候可以谈一下。

In most cases, there will be a meeting with Adcoms during the campus visit, in which they will talk about the school's preference, or you can ask them what kind of applicants are easier to be offered, or some others must ask such questions and you just need to listen. These information are very important for you to write the essay.

Because there are too many people in the campus visit, it's difficult to leave an impression, no matter good or bad, to the Adcom. I don't think they can know your name even though you may drink together for a while..
