偶只有2~3年的工作时间，是否太短了？即使GMAT,GPA较好也没有用？

if u have achieved a lot or learnt a lot during these 2-3 yrs, u have a good chance even though they tend to pick up some old guys. if u can do things that takes other people 5-6 yrs to finish in half the time, how can they refuse u?
