Full-time job hunt in HK

I got the following information from one faculty of one of the HK Bschools (I don't want to mention the name of the school).

The faculty said in HK, the employers prefer to give full-time job offer to those who are just ready to work for them; if you can join them the next day after interview, that would be great.

So if you want to find a full-time job in HK, HK schools are better than those in Singapore, UK or US on career service, relationship with HK community, and interaction with HK recruiter; of coz pls don't count magic 7 in this pool.
