俺娘是广东省老干部综合服务中心的。可这“干部”怎么给老外解释和翻译呢？有没有类似单位的翻译？^_^谢谢。

If you are worried that the "Director" may seem too high of a title, then try Supervisor at the Social security affairs Office of Guangdong Municipal Government?

I don't think u will need to be 100% exact and accurate since the government organisations and job titles here vary quite a bit with the ones in the US...just my opinion, hope it helps
