Need advise for career goal essay

I had an issue about writing my short-term and long-term career goal in the essay.

My work background is product service within PC notebook manufacturing industry

And my target is to return to computer industry after MBA.

If my short-term goal wrote this way as below blue words without identifying a position, will this be fine ?  Actually, when I wrote these sentences, I referred to website recruiting information of that industry. I didn’t have concrete experience or exact reference object but a rough idea in my mind. So unsure about those….I only know I want a future job about strategic management in business. Therefore, hopefully hear some advise. 

*oversee business program planning and management*

I expect to lead a cross-functional core team that addresses services, finance, marketing, engineering, quality, operation, and procurement to perform general management and assessment functions throughout different phases of the product life-cycle. Additionally, I hope to develop and enhance the company’s tactical and strategic plan by integrating these complex business factors, keeping the company long-lasting at the forefront of the competitive market.
                        

And my long-term goal will be still in the same business category, and do professional manager job. Will this be fine ? Won’t be same abstract as short-term goal ?

I am going to apply 3/1 round so quite eager to find some advises from LZ…

you can write anything as long as you can explain how your previous expereicnce can bolster your plan and how the mba from xxx school can help you achieve it.
