Finished mine, only last 15 minutes, share the questions I met below and hope to bring back good news as LZ soon..

all general questions.

1. go through your experience (from university to current job)

2. why you have changed 4 jobs?

3. the difference of company culture among HP, IBM and Oracle(my employer)

4. What is the leadership? what kind of qualification required for a good leadership?

5. What is the difference of management definition in these three companies?

6. Why MBA?

7. Why Oxford?

8. Why you choose this book? (my 2nd essay)
