As an admitted student, strongly recommend HUB interview. Wharton's HK hub interview won't be very occupied. why choose alumni interview instead of hub?

I have similar questions when I received invitation for R1. I consulted existing students and was told that HUB is much better than Alumni. And the result of my 3 applications demonstrated the truth. After I was admitted, I also had a lunch with one of Wharton's HK alumni, who interviewed a Chinese applicant in R1. And he told me that he gave some challenging questions to the applicant about his career goal. Having said the above, however, your luck still plays an important role.

If I were you, I would fly to Shanghai or Beijing to do the HUB interview provided that there is still availability in those 2 places. Remember, it's a great chance to present your best aspects in front of a top b-school. Just grab it!

thx a lot princeming, i just check and, SH and Beijing ones are full.

hopefully, there are some spaces available soon. i thinking of going to US for interview but might be just interviewed by current student. I think no big difference with interview by alumnus, what do you think?

thx

I have no idea of your professional background. But, one suggestion is that you should be very familar with your CV and applications. Think of and be prepared for potential challenging questions.

Be confident of your presentation skills and English. Show your unique contribution to the Wharton community. Convince the alumnus that you can leave a legacy to Wharton during your 2 years' study.
