帮忙看看Ａdmission office的信，我有理解错么？

Although the application asks for your TOEFL score (self-report), the application instructions indicate that you must submit an official score report directly from ETS.  You are more than welcome to submit a copy of the score however, the Admissions Committee still requires and official score report before any decision is considered final.

这样的话，其实我还是可以在deadline前sefl－report自己的test　score而作为complete了application的，然后让他们以这个成绩考虑我的申请．而是否录取就一定要有ＥＴＳ发出去的成绩了？就是说，我也可以等他们要求我发official的成绩时再发也不迟，这个对review我的application也应该没影响的对把？
