我对og212 （即OG11紫皮23）的理解

此题争议主要在于A和E. B中的the decreasing和to improve不平衡，C中的the decreasing of operating cost和improving the efficiency不平衡。应该为the decreasing of operating cost and the increasing of efficiency。D显然不符合GMAT简捷的作风，而且语法有错误。剩下A.E. 很多人无法理解aimed at 和aiming at的区别。我的理解，aimed at 和aiming at在这里都是用来修饰policy，然而，policy不可能发出主动aim这个动作。所以选过去分词aimed at. 至于E为什么不对，主要是逻辑上，with the aim to。。。显然不是用来修饰限定policy，而是在修饰company。因为policy不可能有。。。样的一个目标。而是XX公司有什么样的目标。既然如此，policy这个词在整个句子中是多余的。直接说company has for several years the aim to decrease。。。and to increase。。。不就得了。  因此，既然我们不能把policy这个词去掉，那就要给它一个修饰语，让它不显得多余，故E不正确，A正确。
