[求助] 请问海外工作经验对申请北美top MBA有没有好处

各位兄弟姐妹，前辈或后来者，现在公司提供给我一个在英国工作的机会，请问，这对我今后申请北美top MBA有没有帮助？还是说，商学院会更看重我在中国的工作经验？必定，现在全世界都在关注中国．

我百思不得其解，请大家帮我出出主意，千恩万谢过了！！！

If you have experience in China already, it's always good to have experience in another country. It really depends on what kind of position and the development opportunities though. If you go to England and be a regular individual contributor verses a manager in China, then it's a different story.

认识一位在英国工作过一年的，是国内的大型国企派过去的，最后去了美国排名30名左右的mba, 他老婆倒是去了top 5mba，所以不好说，还是看个人的能力

i don't think you need to ask this question. Cross cultural experience is always better than experience in one culture. If you only live in China, then when you go to other countries, you will find that we really live in a totally different world. 1 year china exp+1 year UK exp is much better than 2 year China experience. I even think Chinese people who go to US after undergraduate is more competitive than Chinese with China experience only since what companies care is your communication skills in Mandarin and English. Of course if you have strong network in China that is valuable to your future job, then it's a different stody. But I believe less than 1% people have such strong China background.

英国混好了，风险低，当地读个mba，LBS什么也很不错，

想混美国，到时候再申请美国。写简历都漂亮很多。。。
