[求助] 急問推薦信表格的幾個問題

首先問到推薦人的現在的身分資料

1. 有一句: How long have you known applicant___________

    接著又問: In what specific capacity__________

    ( 請問第二個是在問什麼, 是問當時認識我當時, 他的職務還是我的職務)

2.  以及, 若是問雙方怎麼認識的, 上司和下屬該怎麼表達, 可以直接寫I was her supervisor since 2004/xx, we interacted everyday in the office.嗎?         

3.  除了評估表, 另外寫的推薦信, 是每一頁通通都要簽名嗎, 如果是總共寫了兩頁, 是否連第一頁都要簽呢? 下面打字的部分除了sincerely, 推薦人的公司和職務名稱外, 還有什麼要著名的嗎? 感謝回答~~!!!

2. Yes.  Best if you can talk about what you do together.  It could be very different.  For example one interacts daily with the cleaning lady as well.
