本人的背景：

GMAT 740 TOEFL 630

本科：国内二流大学 computer science GPA 3.6 1/150 核心期刊论文一篇

硕士：韩国一流大学 electronic information engineering GPA 3.8 IEEE会议论文两篇

想申请美国的MIS的PhD，请各位指教一下，定位在什么样的学校比较好，或者具体说那些学校？

University depends on your research interests. Say, if your research interest is product networking, you can find articles in MIS Quarterly, Journal of Economic Perspectives, Journal of Industrial Economics and so on, top tier journals in MIS related to product networking. Then basing on the articles, you track the location where your interested professors are.
