Hello Everyone.

Just a friendly reminder... The Office of Admissions will be holding its
annual visitation event for prospective students on Saturday, November 4,
2006.

On the evening of November 4, from approximately 5:00 -7:00 PM, we will be
having a party at PNC Park for the prospective students.  We are inviting
the faculty, current students and the Heinz School's staff to the event.  We
hope you can make it!

This will be an opportunity for current students, faculty and staff to
mingle with prospective students and convince them that the Heinz School is
the place to be.  The more of you who attend, the better!  If you attend the
event, please don't hesitate to introduce yourselves to the prospective
students and welcome them to Carnegie Mellon and Pittsburgh.

Current students, if you are able to host a prospective student for one or
both nights that weekend, please send an email to Ashley Sinclair
(ashleyms@andrew.cmu.edu).  Volunteers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.  More details will be sent out next week (including the
shuttle schedule from Hamburg Hall to PNC Park).  We look forward to seeing
you next weekend during Fall Visitation!
