[求助]急问TOFEL送分受阻！

我询问了ETS为何我上月25日的送分请求迟迟尚未处理，得到的回复如下：

Our records indicate that the US$63 credit card payment you submitted to the TOEFL program was declined.  Your score record is on hold and no additional services will be processed until your account is paid in full. 

You may submit your payment of US$83, which includes a declined credit card fee of US$20*,  by money order or a check made payable in US dollars to ETS-TOEFL.

Payment by credit card cannot be accepted.

* All declined credit cards and returned checks are assessed a $20 service fee. 

可能是我在语音输入信用卡时有错，但现在都不收信用卡了，那要让他收到钱岂不是很慢吗？有没有什么快一点方法？还有美国人实在是太大爷了！这个都要罚我的款！

貌似只能用汇票了，去TOEFL区置顶帖子看看，有decline后的处理办法。

ETS也不厚道，不实时验证信用卡并获得授权，要等到第二天，还罚款，还不能再次用卡付款
