"exercise" is not parallel to "exercising" in the structrue "as well as". the correct expression should be : person1 exercising as well as person2 exercising, exercise of person 1 as well as exercise (that) of person2, or the exercise of both heart patients and athletes in C. 2. "done" is not clear in meanings, which could be "finished" or "used". Thus, the use of "done" in this sentence is debatable.
