background     Tsinghua  undergraduate    GPA  under 80

W/E   since 2003 in a joint venture of US big3 Auto company

          IT project management

recommendation :   try to get one from a chinese director and one from a US diector

GMAT/TOFEL   planned 2007

最近和家人商量了一下，准备申请2008年的，费用自己攒+家里出

顺利的话入学前工作接近5年

偏好 公司管理

我这样的有希望申请到top20的吗，能推荐一下学校吗，

目前参考一下这里的一些帖子  考虑MIT和Michigan

your UGPA is going to hurt you. But Tsinghua is a brand you can rely on.

your background does fit MBA path. (amazingly people think only finance and consulting fit).

One suggestion: in terms of recommendation, get someone on US side who really know you to write the letter. even his title is not that high. It will make a big difference.
