Hi, Do you know some sucessful chinese  business women or men  I can write about ?   some detail information ?  

to me, i will choose the CEO of my company.

first, she is a woman, the same as myself;
second, she was working in Microsoft as a department manager;
third, she is successful in my eyes, which means it is easy for me to get the point.

i think you can either find a famous person or just try a close one.


3.. Describe a difficult decision that you have faced. how did you resolve the internal conflicts and the situation? what did you learn from this ?

i can give you one example i was facing. when i worked as a clerk, i found someone use the company money for themselves and this one who was involved was my direct leader. you can imagine the situation. then i reported it to the manager in a reasonable and suitable way. the man was fired.

in my opinion, it is quite easy to find this example but hard to make it help you show yourself. by the way, i don't think the former example i showed is a good one.
