1、on no account can we have more time to communicate with friends and family with the high living cost.

2、on no account do we have little time to communicate with friends and family without the high living cost.

我想表达生活开销巨大使得交流减少，请问上面这两个句子那个好一点，有没有语法错误，谢谢
