请教CD前辈们-我这样的背景和期望申请啥学校会比较好？

My background:

I have been working in one of the Big 4 accounting firm for 7 years and I am now an audit manager.  I would like to transfer to consulting field in European.  My English is good and I am learning French now.  I am thinking of taking some MBA course or master course as the first step to transfer. 

Would be grateful if some CDs could help and give some advice. Thanks a million. 

Questions:

1, How good is your english? ever worked in english-speaking country? for how long?

2, What consulting job are you pursuing?

INSEAD is good for consulting. But no guarantee.

Nice Background, But you need hurry up, better taking MBA before 30, otherwise you will find it not easy to find a job in consulting companies after you graduate, especially for woman.

not true, there is definetely no age discrimination in consulting industry. actually, women are more easy to get in as firm needs to have a balanced mix of gender.

but if someone is more than 32,

the oppotunity is not that big.
