I have some grammar questions. If you know the reason for the correct answer, please teach me. Thanks for you time and attention.

1. ____ ballet dancers learn five basic positions for the arms and feet. (why the answer is "All of" instead of "All")

2. Ruth Bader Ginsburg argued six women's rights cases before the United Stated States Supreme Court in the 1970's,-------. (why the answer is "winning five of them" instead of "of them five winning")

6. exceeding---exceeded?

7. as textile--- as the textile..

应该是ALL，不然就是ALL OF THE
