"In general,people are not as concerned as they were a decade ago about regulating their intake of red meat and fatty cheeses.Walk into the Heart's Delight,a store that started selling organic fruits and vegetables and whole-grain flours in the 1960's,and you will find a wide selection of cheeses made with high butterfat content. Next door,the owners of the Good Earth Cafe,an old vegetarian restaurant, are still making a modest living,but the owners of the new House of Beef across the street are millionaires."

这篇文章有什么问题啊？看不太懂原文。

我的理解是：原文是要说人们不如以前那么关心饮食健康了。然后举了一个Heart's Delight的例子，以前卖健康食品现在也卖高脂肪的cheese；然后那个Good Earth Cafe中有个modest，这里是不是应该是贬义的意思，就是营业的不是很好？相比街对面的牛肉店来说。

那我的理解就是：原文存在样本选择的问题。这三个餐厅不能说明人们整个饮食习惯的变化问题。这样解释对么？原文还有没有其他的逻辑错误？
