工科学生,无商科背景,GMAT750,申phd有全奖希望吗？

如果有希望，应该申请什么档次的学校呢？
如果没有，是不是只能转了MS毕业后再申请phd？想读phd的说．

It depends on how good your school, your grade, your recommendation, your SOPs are.
GMAT itself tells nothing.
Your background won't hurt you if you do show a good sense in finance research and PhD training.
Just be very careful about your English communication, since there are many applicants ruin their chances in a short interview.
Accent problem is crucial for Asian PhD students on Job market.
More programs aware this problem now and being more careful in picking Asian applicant.

My current school is pretty OK, generally ranked about 30th in the U.S. Business college might be even better. And, as all my American and Chinese friends said, I don't have much asian English accent. My worry about my application is just about backgroud coz I have ZERO business background.

You have an excellent background. Operation Management (or logistics) or Marketing Modeling may recognize your strength pretty much. Good luck!

Since you didn't focus on particular level of program, I would you do have a chance to get funding in research school.
However, I cannot forecast how good the school you could probably get.

The first thing you could do is to read some papers and cultivate your knowing in business research.
Try to obtain some info from the Business school phd students at your current school.
As long as you can show some understanding in business research and what is phd all about, no one would really care about your background.
