HR Specialist: recruitment / personnel
¨Organize and conduct periodic recruitment needs surveys;
¨Recruit qualified candidates and build up talent pool;
¨Arrange and in some cases conduct recruitment interviews;
¨Ensure first day on-board effectiveness and conduct new employee orientation;
¨Work with line managers for employee transfer, relocation and termination;
¨Handle all employment administrations issues, such as enrollment, contract signing, extension, employment confirmation, termination, adjustment;
¨Keep up-to-date file and ensure an accurate personal file (both internal and external) management system;
¨Help internal customers to solve recruitment problems.

HR Specialist: training & development
¨Organize and conduct periodic training and development needs surveys;
¨Establishes and update the training and development system;
¨Source and store training resources both inside and out of company;
¨Develop and deliver training courses on respective topics to internal employees;
¨Facilitate training courses in terms of time arrangement and material preparation;
¨Random attend training courses;
¨Evaluate and review the training result, get the feedback;
¨Help internal customers to solve training and development problems.

HR Specialist: C&B (compensation & benefit)
¨Translate government laws and regulations into basic C&B standards;
¨Analyses the internal requirement about C&B;
¨Create, implements and manages the C&B program, including: Payroll, Insurance and Bonus;
¨Help internal customers to solve C&B problems.

¨Identify the core of corporate culture and update it as the business develops;
¨Assist to open windows for employee communications between different departments and levels;
¨Plan and implement diverse employee activities in order to promote moral, staff cohesion and sense of belonging;
¨Help internal customers to solve related problems.
