剧长的一篇，不过发现问题还简单
说是做个实验，让很多人每天睡很长时间来研究他们的睡眠方式，治疗失眠。结构发现和原来欧洲的理论不同（此处有题，好好听，sorry, 我把答案忘了）。sleep patterns是先睡几个小时，然后醒来一段时间，然后继续睡。中间醒来的时间欧洲的理论里叫做watch out time. (有题问欧洲人在watch out时干么：我选躺在床上什么都不干)。后来说明这段时间并不能被称作失眠，但对于研究失眠却有重大意义。所以研究很多人的sleep patterns就非常必要（有题）。
