Five years ago, I had the similar background as you. After graduation I chose to work in a hi-tech company in US, which rewards me a lot on developer career track. Now I changed my interests to IB, but most b-school don't care about IT experience except MIT-Berkeley-CMU. I think you have three choices.
1. If you really love CS/EE and want to stay in this industry, you should go Silicon Valley -> MIT MBA -> IT Manager. 2. If you want to go IB, find a IT job in IB. It opens your door to ivy league Harvard / Yale / Warton. However it is easier said than do -- most reason is IB don't sponsor H1 visa unless you are NN. 3. If you want to continue on family business, assuming it is entrepreneurship, following #1 and your best bid is Stanford.
if you just want to go back to your family business, any schools rank 50 and above will do. ranking only makes difference when you rely on it to find a job.
