请问申请过　DUKE　的朋友，有关财产证明

Proof of Financial Support upon Admission

International applicants are required to submit proof of financial support equal to the budgeted cost of one full year of The Duke MBA program once they have been admitted. International applicants must submit the Request for Temporary Visa Form along with the corresponding financial documentation to The Fuqua School of Business (provided in the applicant's admission packet). These documents are required by laceName w:st="on">DukelaceName> laceType w:st="on">UniversitylaceType> so that the international student can be issued a visa to study in the United States.

请问这个财产证明是不是一定要在申请的时候交？还是录取了后交？
