[面试经验] 有Darden alumni interview经验的请进

请问to schedule a Darden alumni interview, 我们要

(1) 先自己发email询问从system里search出来的alumni, 征询alumni同意后再在system里schedule an interview with him, or

(2) 在system里找到alumni, 直接选择人并且输入时间，通过system自动联络alumni.

有点迷糊了， 请做过这个的前辈指点。 Thank you!

听说Darden非常注重面试， 请问你们面试时都被问了什么问题， 感觉他们在考量你们哪些方面？

Hi - LYA: I don't think Darden's interview is very hard, bascially it's normal questions. I think they are evaluating your:

1). English communication skill - since this is very important for the case study mode

2). Why Darden - Darden is a very good school but let's face it, it's not H/S/W, so you need to show your passion and knowledge to Darden, and convince people that Darden fit you (and you fit Darden)

3). Why MBA
