答案是d但是我认为是e,这两个有什么不一样呢？

答案是a但是我认为应该是b，因为主语共用一个the 不是么？

1、这里有并列对象的层次问题，前面说most north carolina ski resorts broadcast music onto the slopes，即music是slope的一个特征，也就是说slope上放音乐，所以：后的内容的并列要考虑slope是在各种music的上层，不能并列在一起，造成意思混乱，E把slope和music并列在了一起，违背了未划线部分的意思传递。

2、首先the endurance and [the] consistency of ....，第二个THE省略了，并列的主语一般采用复数形式；其次，B中的a baseball star [know] as “the iron horse，[know]的表达是错误的，你可能忽略了。
