各位TX，申请CITY 的时候，推荐信要求有institution stamp , if unavailable , provide a compliment slip or headed paper? headed paper 倒是明白，但是这个compliment slip 不知道是什么意思？而且如果提供headed paper 的话，只是在推荐信信封里面随寄一张headed paper.
A compliment slip is very much the same as a headed paper only it's much smaller in size and less formal. You want to have your recommendation letter printed or written on headed paper. Don't just send them an empty one.
